Files may be printed or copied for personal use only. **************************************************************** In the Name of God Amen I John Hust of North.d County being sick & week of body but of perfect Sense & memory Thanks be to God for the same & calling to mind the mortality of my body & knowing that it is appointed for all flesh to die do appoint this to be my last Will & Testament & as touching such worldly Goods wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me with in my life time I give & dispose in the following manner and form Imprimis I leave the use of all my whole Estate both personal and real to my well beloved wife Mary during her widowhood I also give & bequeath to my said wife one gold ring to her & her heirs forever Item after my wifes marriage or death I give and bequeath my land to my two sons Thomas & Joseph to be equally divided between them both to them & their heirs Lawfully begotten and my Son Thomas to have my mannor Plantation Item I give and bequeath to my son Henry a Negro boy named Dick together with twenty four pounds cash current money and the bed & furniture that I lie upon to him and his heirs forever Item I give to my son Thomas my Musquet and to Son Joseph my Small Gun I give also to my son Thomas my Silver knee buckles & to my Son Joseph my Silver band buckle. Item my will & desire is that after the legates are paid that all the rest of my Estate be equally divided between my wife & Children in case she marries Item my will and desire is that Mr. George Ball & Mr. Thomas Gaskins and my brother Thomas Hust be the Exrs. of this my last will & Testament and do revoke all wills before this dated & acknowledge this to be my last Will and Testament witness where of I have hereunto set my hand & Seal this 14 day of January 1745/6.
