I Henri Mayes of the County of Northumberland in the Colony of Virginia being sick and weak in body but of perfect sense and memory praise be to god for the same. I give and bequeath my soul to God my Creator and my redeemer. Item my Will is that my son Henry Mays should have my Land and all its appurtenances thereunto belonging and no more. To him and his Heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath to my children - that is Natham Mayes and Suzanar Mays all the rest of my Estate after my debts all pade and Satisfied.
