Will of Winifred Dudley

In the name of God Amen.  I Winifort Dudley of the Parish of St. Stephens and County of 
Northumberland being in a weak and low state of Health but of sound and perfect 
Memory Thanks be to God for the same doth make and ordain this my last Will and 
Testament and dispose of my Estate as followeth  Imprimis I give and bequeath to my 
Grand dater Edy Dudley One Coin also I give to my Grand darter Winifort Dudley one 
spinning wheel also to my Grand darter Nancy Dodlay one Dish also to my son John 
Dudley my Warrant Table, also I give to my son Joseph Dudley one Iron Cisel also to my 
son Rancam Dudley my brod ax.  Also I give to my son Richard Dudley Ten Shillings 
Also to my son Thomas Dudley Ten Shillings also to my Daughter Frances Carray Ten 
Shillings Also to my son William Dudley Ten Shillings also I give all the rest of my 
Estate to my Daughter Winifirt Dudley Lastly I Nominate and appoint my trusty friend 
Winifort Dudley and George Smithers my hole and sole Executors of this my last Will in 
Confirmation of which I have hare Unto ___ my hand and Seal this 16th day of October

At a court held for Northumberland County the 11th day of December 1780 This Last 
Will & Testament of Winifred Dudley dec'd was this Day presented in Court by Winifred 
Dudley Executor herein named & who made Oath thereto according to Law & the same 
was proved by the Oath of Thomas Campbell and John Smithers two of the witnesses 
hereto and admitted to Record and on the motion of the said Executor giving security a 
Certificate as granted her for obtaining a probate thereof in Due form.
