HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE:

In this cemetery there are a number of unmarked graves, which is said to have 
been before the War of 1812.

There is one stone with the following inscription:


In memory of our Mother
Jane Thursfield
Born in Barnard Castle England
Feb. 8, 1819
Died, Jan. 10, 1883
I know that my redeemer liveth
