Williams of the first part and Joel B. Williams of the Second part, Witnesseth, that for and in consideration of the sum of Six hundred and forty dollars cash in hand paid to the said Francis S. Williams, have this day bargained and sold, and by these presents doth bargain and sell to the said Joel B. Williams all of my interest in Willilam O. Williams's Estate; consisting of land, negroes &etc--- In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the dau and year first above written.-- F. S. Williams Seal Nottoway County Court Clerk's Office 15th September 1864 The foregoing deed from Francis S. Williams to Joel B. Williams was this day adknow- ledged by both parties in said Office before me as Deputy Clerk, and admitted to record---both parties being present.---- Teste F. W. Verser D.C. Nottoway County Court Clerk's Office 4th December 1866--- The foregoing deed from F. S. Williams to Joel B. Williams was this day rerecorded, from a copy of the original, in the said Office the Original having been destroyed.... Teste H.
