Reg., Henry Foster was awarded land warrant #24067 for 160 acres of land in what is now Arkansas Co., Arkansas. The land description is Twp 5-S, Range 5-W, NW 1/4, Section 11. This land is south of present day Stuttgart, Arkansas. There is no evidence that he ever lived there. After his military service Henry Foster went to Barren Co., Kentucky where hsi parents and siblings had moved between 1810-1820. There he married Susannah Vaughan. He then removed to Giles Co., Tennessee and later to Searcy Co., Arkansas where he died about 1859.
