Williams Nottoway WB 1 p 1 I give to Robert F. Williams and Edward F. Williams my land, plantation utensils, Billy, Lucy, with her increase, 4 mules the small new waggon and ox cart, all the Stock that belong on the plantation, hogs, cows and oxen, I give them on Press and Tables, Wash stand, 12 Chairs, one bed, bed-stead and furniture, kitchen utensils-- Catharine C. Williams The next item on the page is the WILL of Anderson Ford dated 9 March 1864. Then it looks like a drawing of a Tax stamp for 50 cents and dated Nov 2nd 1866. note from transcriber: POSSIBLY not the entire will - only what was saved after the Federal troops destroyed Court House records in 1865? Her daughters Elizabeth and Mary gave Power of Attorney to Epes, and son Robert had given Power of Attorney to Edward, so I have a feeling this is not the entire will. transcribed by tks February 2007 ******************************************************************************* Copyright.
