Will of Jane Winn, 1851 - Nottoway Co. VA WILL OF JANE [PINCHAM] WINN 1851 In the name of God amen, I Jane Winn of this County, Nottoway, and State of Virginia being of Sound disposing mind do make and ordain this to be my last will and testament. That is to day I desire that my body may be buried at the discretion of my Executor herein after named, and I desire that all my just debts be paid out of my estate as Soon after my decease as my be convenient. First I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary P Guy all right title and interest that I have or may have in and to the two following negroes to wit Lewis and Phill, also all my house hold furniture of every kind that I may not hereafter dispose of to have and to hold the same in her own right separate and apart from her husband Warren [sic] W. Guy __ Second, I give and bequeath unto Warren [sic] W. Guy the sum of two hundred dollars __ Thirdly, I give unto Warren [sic] W. Guy as trustee for my son Richard Winn all other moneys that I may die possessed of, together with all moneys that may be due either by note or account or in any other way whatsoever, also all my stock of cattle, my present growing crop of every kind, plantation utensils and all other tools of every description together with my kitchen furniture of every sort or kind, also one bed and furniture to have and to hold the Same for the especial benefit of my said son Richard and family during his life, and after or at his death to pay over what may remain to my grand Son Richard G. Winn __ Fourthly, I give unto these my grand Sons, the following goods and chattles that is to Say to Richard G. Winn all of my books of every kind, one bed and furniture, and one bureau, to Andrew and Peter Winn the sum of twenty five dollars each __ To Cornelius J. Weaks one bed and furniture __ Lastly I do nominate and appoint Warren [sic] W.
