  I do with the advice of Council herby certify that Judith Miller, widow of 
John Miller late a private of the 8th Virginia Regiment  who died in the service 
of the United States is allowed the sum of 10 pounds yearly to commence from the 
5th  day of January l786. Given under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth of 
Virginia, at Richmond, this 13th day of March 1790.

January 1795-notification to pay Judith Miller sum of $12.76--date of her 
intermarrige with James Burdine-- September 14, 1796: Judith Burdine received 
last pension payment.
