As I have advanced $400 more to each of my three younger sons – Claiborne Giles, Albert Gallatin and Isaac Finks – than I have to my other four children – Charles Tandy, Elizabeth Brockman, Frances Ann Brockman and Virginia White, I give to each of the last four named $400 to be raised from sale of two tracts of land (Smiths and Pollocks). The tract of land where I now live, containing 400 acres, to be sold to highest bidder; also, all my negroes, all my stock, plantation utensils, household and kitchen furniture and all property whatsoever, that is not herein named.
