Morris Cemetery Location: 3 miles northeast of Shenandoah, Virginia. Page County, Virginia DATE: Unknown. OWNERS: The present owner is George Smith. (1936) DESCRIPTION: It is a public burying ground in good condition, being very well taken care of. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: There are very few comments on this old graveyard. It is very old and has quite a few graves in it but there are no markers with any inscriptions on the older graves. John Smith, great-grandfather of J.N. Comer was buried here and his wife, Eliza Smith, long ago, but don’t know the exact date. SOURCES OF INFORMATION: Informants: George Smith, J. N.
