PAGE COUNTY, VA - VITALS - Marriage of Wesley Berry & Nancy Cave ----¤¤¤---- Know all men by these presents, That we Wesley Berry and A. F. Grayson are held and firmly bound unto the Governor of Virginia, and to his successors, in the just and full sum of one hundred and fifty dollars; for the payment whereof, well and truly to be made we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents; Sealed with our seals and dated this 22nd day of December 1834. The Condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas a marriage is intended to be had and solemnized between the above bound Wesley Berry and Nancy Cave of the county of Page. Now, if there be no lawful cause to obstruct said marriage, then the above obligation to be void, else to remain in full force and virtue.
