The cemetery is in the middle of a cow pasture and is surrounded by barbed wire fencing. There are two burials there which are both marked. The GPS coordinates is 36.73373, -80.11991. December 2, 1905 September 15, 1924 Additional Comments: The cemetery is in the middle of a cow pasture. General Lee Scott was involved in an ambush at the Patrick-Henry County line which resulted in the death of legendary Patrick County bootlegger Euel Cox who died the day after Smith. As Cox laid wounded, he mortally wounded Scott who was sitting in the front seat of a vehicle.
