Pilson Cemetery #438. The GPS coordinates are 36.81066, -80.81066. From Union Primitive Baptist Church, turn onto Union Church Road. Go about a mile or so and turn right on Will Spencer Road which turns into dirt. Go to the end of the road. There are two access roads that run onto government property. You will have to walk and take the right access road. You will go over 3600 feet almost to Philpott Lake. You will go up the ridge to the left and you will go over approximately two ridges. If you go to far, you will walk into the lake as the cemetery is on an peninsula between a creek and the lake but on a very steep ridge that is quite overgrown. Some of the stones are down but you can see buttercups growing which are not normally found just growing in the forest.
