MARCH COURT
(28 March 1799)

Wm. Sharp, Jesse Corn, John Koger, & George Lackey or any 3 of them are 
appd. to View a Road from the Top of the Bull aCross Blackberry Creek & make 
rept.


APRIL COURT
(25 April 1799)

James Taylor foreman, James Morrison, Alexander Lackey, Jesse Corn, 
Nathaniel Ross, David Morgan, Humphry Smith, Augustine Thomas, George Penn 
Sr., James Haile, Wm. Frazier, Sharp Barton, David Taylor, Peter Frans, 
William Fitzgerald & John Adams were Sworn a Grand Jury of Enquest for the 
Body of this County whereupon they withdrew to consult on their 
Presentments.

Ordered that David Keaton & his Gang together with Jacob Critz's Gang do 
repair the Bridge over Spoon Creek, & make report thereof to the Court.


JULY COURT
(25 July 1799)

Joshua Rentfro & Charles Thomas are appd. to View the Repair of the County 
Jail and make report thereof to the Present Court.

James Taylor foreman, John Miller, Jesse Corn, John Ferrell, Daniel Adams, 
Jno. Medley Jr., David Taylor, James Thompson, Peter Frans, Richard 
Davidson, Wm. Fitzgerald, William Sharp, Moses Reynolds, James Hale, Clifton 
Keaton, Joseph Going were Swo. a Grand Jury of Enquest for the body of this 
County whereupon they withdrew to Consult on their Presentments.

William Carter, Stephen Lyon, & Francis Turner are recommended as Shfs for 
this Cty.
