A View of a Road from the Old Field below Haman Critz into the Road leading from William Banks to Samuel Crutchers retd. & O.R. Ordered that William Banks call on Wm. Hannah, John Frans, Sam. Crucher, & Wm. Adams and their Gangs to Open the road from the Old Field below Critz into the Road leading from Wm. Banks to S. Crutcher, & then return again to their respective Roads. AUGUST COURT (26 August 1802) A Deed from Mary Kelley heir at Law of Luke Foley Decd. to J. Saunders further Proved and Ordered to be Recorded. John Sharp Sr. is appointed Surveyor of the Road from the Mouth of Mrs. Penn's la[nd?] to the Henry Line in the Place of Wm. Wollard & the list filed be his Gang. NOVEMBER COURT (25 November 1802) George Carter, E. Shelton & R. Scott are appointed to see the Stone filled between the Walls of the Jail. Ordered that......the Court Certify that Thomas W.
