Hylton Sr. Book 13, Page 586 Know all men by these presence that George Overstreet, in his own right, Camillus King, in his own right, Valentine Hylton, George W. Hylton, George Clanton, Gabriel Hylton, in their own rights, and the said George Overstreet as guardian for George Hylton, John W. Hylton, Sally A. Hylton, David Hylton, Mary Virginia Hylton, Robert Hylton and Samuel Hylton, in fact children of Jeremiah Hylton [Jr.] deceased of the state of Missouri, and the said Camillus King as guardian for Nancy Jane Hylton, daughter of Jerermiah W. Hylton [Sr.], decd. the said Gabriel Hylton as guardian for Austin Hylton, son of said Jeremiah W. Hylton [Sr.], decd. of as heirs of Jeremiah W. Hylton [Sr.] decd. do by these presence mutually agree and consent that the following slaves, namely, girl Mary Mariah [?], boy Fountain, boy Emanuel, boy Tom, boy Mat, girl Pat or Delitha [?], boy Julius, boy Sam, boy Edmon, boy William, man Billy and woman July, belonging to the estate of the said Jeremiah W. Hylton [Sr.], decd. be valued and equally divided among us by George Pannell and Lewis Shelton, men selected by us for that purpose. Signed, sealed and delivered in the presence of .. this 7th.
