Lee of the same County and State of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John G. Lee for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar paid to the said John Frans the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and confirmed to the said John G. Lee and his heirs a certain tract of land lying and being in the County of Patrick containing fifty acres more or less and bounded as followeth to wit-Beginning between Gabriel Gosney and Austin John lands and running and lying on Mill Creek. To have and to hold the said tract of land with its appertainances to the sole use and behoof of the said John Frans and his heirs forever and the said John Frans for himself and heirs doth covenant and agree with the said John G. Lee and his heirs that the said tract of land with its appertainances will warrant and defend against the right of all and every person claiming from under him either in land or equity.
