Martin THIS DEED, MADE October 26, 1961, between Charlie B. Martin (widowed), party of the first part; and Grady Harry Booth, party of the second part. WITNESSETH: That the said part of the first part does hereby give, grant, and convey until the said part of the second part, with General Warranty of title, all of a certain small tract or parcel of land that is located in Smith River District, Patrick County, Virginia, near Little Goblintown Creek, and just up above the old Hall or Wood Mill place. This is a portion of the 5 acre tract that was conveyed by deed dated January 21, 1942, from James L. Walker and wife, and which deed is recorded in Book 77, pages 233 and 234. And this said small portion of land hereby conveyed is estimated to contain near 1 1/2 acres, and is a part of the upper portion of the said 5 acre tract: and is hereby given and conveyed by boundary that is further described as follows: Beginning at a new planted corner on the south side of the highway, thence new S 71 W 360 feet to a new planted corner, thence new S 18 W 90 feet up to the Sam Lawson line, thence to the left with that line easterly 480 feet to a beech corner about the highway, thence northwesterly with the highway more than 100 feet to the beginning. With a house. An easement to the use of the spring that is just westerly from the land hereby conveyed, is hereby conveyed; and reserving the same plan for the remaining lands use of the spring.
