The Henry Bulletin, November 4, 1924.
THE HENRY BULLETIN, Tue., Nov. 4, 1924, p. 3, col. 3 [edited]. Mrs. Hettie Bryant, 
daughter of Mr. Ike Akers, died Oct. 24, and was buried in the family burial 
ground near Dodson that evening. She was preceded to the grave by her mother and 
sister several years ago. She leaves to mourn her loss her husband, Mr. Albert 
Bryant of Endicott, and two small children, one brother, Mr. Elam Akers of Dodson, 
one sister, Mrs. Golda Jamison of Fieldale, and her father, Mr. Ike Akers of 
Dodson.

Additional Comments:
She is buried in the Akers-Bryant Cemetery which is located just after you pass 
Union Primitive Baptist Church on Union Bridge Road.   Go post the old Dodson 
post office on the left (which was converted to an unused church now) and start 
up the hill.   Just after you pass the two story house on the left, there is a 
driveway that turns left which has a gate.   Go a short distance out that road 
and look in the forest to your left.
