THE HENRY BULLETIN, Martinsville, Va., Fri., Oct. 28, 1927, p. 4, cols. 1 & 2 
[edited].  DODSON.  Mrs. Bessie Hall, wife of M. T. Hall, died October 18, in 
Martinsville where she had been rushed for an operation.  Funeral services were 
held the following day and interment made in the family burial ground near 
Goblintown Church.  The deceased was a  Miss Roach of Burlington, N. C., before her

marriage.  Many friends and relatives of Burlington attended the funeral.
