The last will and testament of Lewis Spencer decd. was this day produced in court and proved by the oath of A.J. Capell, one of the subscribing witnefes thereto, and the hand writing of Joseph Franz, the other subscribing witnef thereto, he being dead, was also proven by said Capell, as was the hand writing of the testator and is ordered to be recorded. She was married 7 March 1884 to George Spencer. Lewis Spencer apparently added the last lines after her marriage. Rosabelle and her mother lived in Lewis Spencer's household.
