Has the applicant ever married again: no.

do certify that Annie Neville Hinton, whose name is signed to

court, and, having the said application fully read and explained to
her, as well as the statements and answers therein made, [he/she] the
said Annie Neville Hinton made oath before me that said statements and
answers are true.

that the application is for the reasons approved, and it is therefore
certified that Annie Neville Hinton is entitled to receive annually
from the State of Virginia the sum of $100 dollars.
