Cemetery Location:  4 miles west of Chatham, Virginia, on Hickey’s old road 
                    leading to road from Callands to Chatham.
                    Pittsylvania Co., Virginia


DATE:

1847.  Oldest grave [marker].

OWNERS:

See manuscript of “Green Rock” dated July 29, 1936.

DESCRIPTION:

The graveyard is situated a short distance from the Green Rock house.  It is 
enclosed by an iron fence.  There are a number of rocks outside of this fence 
indicating that others were buried here, but there are not markers showing just 
who they are.
