House on north side of road. Pittsylvania Co., Virginia DATE: About 1850. OWNERS: Thomas S. Jones about 1850 Samuel C. Jones 1850 Pleasant M. Goggin and Wm. F. Good 1853 Pleasant M. Goggin 1855 R. H. Thompson 1902 to present. (1937) DESCRIPTION: The cemetery is only a short distance from the old log body house of Pleasant M. Goggin. It is enclosed by an iron fence and is kept in good condition. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: The following inscriptions were found on the tombstones: Pleasant M. Goggin son of S. and J. Goggin Jan. 1, 1820 Married to N. Stone Jan. 17, 1850 to A. Gilbert Dec. 23, 1879 died June 16, 1901 N. Stone Goggin daughter of Ed. & N.D. Stone June 29, 1833 March 26, 1872 George B. Goggin May 29, 1869 July 21, 1871 Robert M.
