I, S. S. Hurt, Clerk of the Circuit Court,for the County of Pittsylvania, do certify that the judges of the said court has directed me to certify to the Auditor of Public Accounts that John Adams a pensioner under the act of March 7, 1900 is entitled to receive annually from the State of Virginia the sum of thirty dollars.
