Name: W. W.  Adams, resided in Elba, VA.
Pittsylvania County, Virginia
Member of: [Information not able to be read.]** He had rhuematism and was of 
old age.

I,  S. S. Hurt, Clerk of the Circuit Court,for the County of Pittsylvania, do 
certify that the judges of the said court has directed me to certify to the 
Auditor of Public Accounts that W. W. Adams a pensioner under the act of March 
7, 1900 is entitled to receive annually from the State of Virginia the sum of 
fifteen dollars.  Given under my hand this 28th day of April,  1903.
