Husbands death: January  25, 1903 of pneumonia

Witness to  husband's death: John K Baker, T. Gregory

I, B. Haley, Justice of the Peace for the County of Pittsylvania  do certify 
that Mary Frances Aaron, whose name is signed to the foregoing application, 
personally appeared before me in my county, and, having the said application 
fully read and explained to him, as well as the statements and answers therein 
made, he the said F. H. Aaron made oath before me that said statements and 
answers are true.Given under my hand this 7th day  of May 1924

forth in the within application are true; that the applicant is the identical 
person name in the application; that the application is for the reasons 
approved, and it is therefore certified that Mary Frances Aaron is entitled to 
receive annually from the State of Virginia the sum of  80 dollars.
