MEMBER OF: HOME GUARDS UNDER JOHN ADAMS**ACCORDING TO MICROFILM, THE WAR DEPT. 
COULD NOT FIND RECORDS OF COLEMAN HAVING SERVED.  HOWEVER, HER CLAIM WAS 
APPROVED BY S. S. CARTER AND SHE RECEIVED $33. YEARLY, ACCORDING TO FIRST 
RECORD.
