Name and Age: Henry T. Petty, age 59 as of 1902, suffering from vertigo and 
palpitation of heart, plus poor eyesight from cataracts. Wounded  in the back by 
a sabre at Front? Royal in the summer of 1863, received $15 yearly as approved 
by Wm. B. Hurt, Chmn. of Pension Board.
