Name and Age: Catherine J. Reynolds, age 70 as of 1917, born in Sandy Level, married on Jan 15, 1865 by William McDowell; resided by herself. Widow of: Henry Clay Reynolds who died on May 13, 1917 at home of dropsy. Comrades of veteran: G. T. Shields of Toshes and J. H. Tuck of Pittsville VA town: Pittsville Member of: Col. Withers and Capt. Moorman's Company, Company C. No record was found on Henry C. Reynolds, but he had received a pension previously. (Henry C. Reynolds listed his company as I and as being in the VA Reserves.)
