Sirs:
  By an act of Assembly passed, I was placed on the  pension list for being 
wounded in the Revolutionary War.  I am allowed $80 per year, during life.  You 
will please send the amount of my pension to Col. Thomas Wooding and this shall 
be your receipt for the same. ______ yours, Arthur Eanes
