WILL OF ANN BARNETT PITTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VIRGINIA COURTHOUSE Dated: 15 Dec. 1815 Deed Book 11 page 479 I Ann Barnett of the Town of Danville do make and Publish this my last Will & Testament In Manner & form following hereby revoking all former Wills by me made Viz 1st It is my Wish & desire that my Just debts by paid by my Executors hereafter named 2nd It is my Wish & desire & I do hereby Will & bequeath unto my Grand Son WILLIAM BARNETT Son of my Son WILLIAM The house & Lot Where on I now live Known in the Platt of Town of Danville by No. 14 by his paying unto my Son JOHN BARNETT Sum of two hundred fifty Dollars being half the Purshase money to him & heirs forever 3d It is my Wish & desire & I do hereby Will & bequeath unto my Grand daughter LUCY BARNETT daughter of my Son JOHN BARNETT and the said WILLIAM BARNETT Son of my Son WILLIAM & ALEXANDER A CAMPBELL Son of FRANCIS CAMPBELL the ballance of property Out Standing debts money On hand to be equally divided between them. To them & their heirs forever 4th & Lastly I do hereby nominate & appoint my Friend & Grandson WM BARNETT & ALEX A CAMPBELL my Executors to carry this my Last Will into effect Given under my hand this 15th Day of December 1815 Witnesses: James D.
