It is my Will and desire that after my decease my son William Walton, have all 
his property that he has loaned me Returned Viz.t One Sorrel Mare, One Cow, 
two Sets Plough Gear five Weeding hoes & one axe. 
all the balance of my estate  I leave to my daughter Martha Grigg & her heirs: 
Viz.t  One Painted Cubboard, One Spinning Wheel, One Pair of Cards, One bee 
hive, one bolster of feathers, all my Chairs, and every thing else that I die 
in Possession of My will and that no Security be Required. 
Given under my hand (now) in Sound Reason this 20.th day of December 1821
