Cherry estate. DESCRIPTION: Plain marble slabs with following inscriptions: In Memory of Joyce A. wife of Robert Cherry who died in the triumph of faith in Jesus, Feb. 5, 1825 in the 52 year of her age She died in Jesus and is blest, How sweet her slumbers are, From suffering and from sin released, And freed from every care. Laura Adele daughter of Daniel S. and Lilly Cherry Died March 15, 1852 Aged 1 year 10 months I take these little lambs, said He, and lay them in my breast. Protection they shall find in me, in me be ever blest. Henry Schultz son of Daniel S. and Lilly Cherry Died Oct. 2, 1851 Aged 2 years, 6 months Nothing could blight or sorrow fade, Death came with friendly care, An opening bud to Heaven conveyed, And bade it blossom there.
