Eggleston and my sons Wm. Baugh, George Baugh and Bowling Baugh. It is also my request that my Daughter Ann E. Eggleston should have a horse from the estate. Was presented in Court and proved by the oath of William H. Eggleston, a subscribing witness thereto, and thereupon the same was ordered to be recorded. An on the motion of William Baugh, who took the oath prescribed by law, and entered into bond with security, conditioned as the law directs, a certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration on the estate of the said Ann Baugh deceased, with her will aforesaid annexed, in form.
