father, Archibald Graham McIlwaine, was a native of Londonderry, Ireland; and
his mother, Martha Dunn, a native of County Derry, Ireland; clergyman and
President of Hampden Sidney College, Va.; Secretary of Home and Foreign Missions
of the Southern Presbyterian Church.
