But this judgment (except the costs) is to be discharged by the payment of 17.1.2 like money with interest thereon at 5 pct(?) per annum from January 17th 1774 til paid. The defendants not appearing on motion of the plaintiff it is considered by the court that the plaintiff recover against the sd defendants 1.18 current money the debt in their petition mentioned together with their costs in this behalf expended, and the said defendants in money vc. But this judgment and receipt the cost as to be discharged by the payment of nine farthings(?) and six pence like money with interest thereon at 5 %(?) per annum from November 1, 1769 be paid. (February, 1774, vol. 5, page 355) October 1783, William Fiendly plaintiff against Henry Attwood, James Attwood, William Attwood and William M Gehee defendants Scarifacias(?) on a judgment obtained by the plaintiff against the said defendant, the 20th day of September 1775 for 8 current money with interest thereon at 5%(?) per annum from December 25th 1774 til paid, 195(?) tobacco 15/or 150(?) tobacco. This day came the plaintiff by his attorney, and the defendants Henry Attwood and James Attwood having departed this life ordered that this scarefacias(?) as to them abate, and the defendant M Gehee being duly warned and the sheriff returned two Nohils(?) against the defendant William Attwood and the sd defendant M Gehee and William Attwood failing to appear, on the motion of the plaintiff by his attorney. It is considered by the Court, that the plaintiff have execution on his aforesaid against the said William Attwood and William M Gehee together with his cost i n this behalf as provided.
