Petersburg (VA) Index September 9, 1868
LUNACY -- Jas. Cochran, a white man, of unsound mind, was brought to this city 
last evening from Prince Edward county, en route for the Williamsburg Lunatic 
Asylum.  He was placed in jail for safe keeping for the night.
