I give and dispose of as follows. I will as my just debts to be paid - I give and devise to my two grandsons Christopher Bellyes (?) Allen and Daniel Allen, sons of my deceased son Daniel, all my tract of land lying on Briery River, the same to be equally divided between them and to their heirs forever ___ to my daughter in law, Nancy Allen the mother of the said Christopher and Daniel a Dover (?) Estate in ____ the said ____ . But if either my beforementioned Grand sons Christopher or Daniel should die before they come of age to possess the lands above mentioned, in that case it is my will and desire that this ____ _______ so dying shall return to his surviving brother, to be possessed by him and his heirs forever. But in case both of my before mentioned Grandsons should die without issue, then it is my desire that the before mentioned lands return to my estate and be diposed of as my estate hereafter mentioned. The negroes with their increase heretofore delivered to my children respectively. I ____ ____ to them respectively and their heirs forever excepting a negro woman named Jenny now in the possession of my son John Allen and which negro is to be returned to my estate and be disposed of as hear after mentioned. It is my will that the tract of land where on I now live be sold by my executors hereafter mentioned, in such manner as may be most (beneficial?) to my estate, and the proceeds thereof with all my negroes in my possession as also the negro Jenny aforementioned and there increase and all my other Estate be it of ___ ___ ___ ___ ____. I desire may be divided equally among my children John, Benjamin, Charles, Mary ____, Elizabeth, James, Patsy, and my two before mentioned grandsons Christopher and Daniel to have one child's part, and when so divided, I will and devise each ones part as likewise the part to my grandsons respectively, to them and each of them, as before mentioned and their heir forever. But that my son Benjamin and my son-in-law Francis Smith, do account with my estate for the sum of money where with they are charged in my Book of Accounts. I appoint my sons James Allen, Charles Allen, and Benjamin then Executors of this my last will and testament, hereby annulling and revoking all other by me heretofore made.
