Hamlin Cemetery Location: .9 mile east of Petersburg, Virginia, on Route #36; thence 2.2 miles north on Route #645; thence .2 mile north on private road; thence fifteen feet east of private road. Prince George Co., Virginia DATE: 1816, date of oldest grave [marker] OWNERS: Stephen Worsham, present owner [1937] DESCRIPTION: This graveyard is about ten feet square and is marked by cedar trees. It has grown up with bushes and honeysuckle. There is only one tombstone there now. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: The inscription on the tombstone is as follows: In memory of Paul Nash born 1763 and died Dec. 6, 1816 aged 53 yrs.
