Harrison Cemetery Location: 4.3 miles northeast of Disputanta, Virginia, on Route #625; thence 2.9 miles northeast on Route #154; thence .5 mile west of Route #154. Prince George Co., Virginia DATE: 1898 OWNERS: Robert C. Burrow, is the present owner. [1937] DESCRIPTION: The Royal graveyard is a small fenced in plot, large enough for six graves. There is only one marker, but several sunken spots which indicate there are other graves. The Adams graveyard joins it on the right. There are no markers, but a wire fence surrounding several sunken spots. This graveyard is in a pine forest and not cared for at all. HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE: Inscription: John B. Royal Died Jan. 15, 1898 Age 63 years A devoted husband and father The mother and father of John B. Royal are also buried in this square.
