KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we W.H.Burrow & Robert Harrison
are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the
just and full sum of Two Thousand Dollars, current money of Virginia,
to the payment whereof well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves,
our heirs, executors and administrators jointly and severally, firmly
by these presents, sealed with our seals and dated this 9th day of 
March A.D. 1871.
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION is such, that if the above bound
W.H.Burrow who hath this day been appointed admin., with the will       
annexed of Wm.A.Temple dec'd. and hath qualified in the County Court of
the County of Prince George, shall faithfully discharge the duties of
his said office or trust, then the above obligation to be void, or else
to remain in full force and virtue.

Bond - Administration of Thomas Temple Estate

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we Wm.T.Temple, Jno.W.Temple,
Henry E.Leath and Peter T.Hobbs are held and firmly bound unto the
Commonwealth of Virginia in the just and full sum of Three Thousand
Dollars, current money of Virginia to the payment whereof, well and
truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and 
administrators jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. sealed
with our seals and dated this 12th day of Nov'r. A.D. 1868.
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION is such, that if the above bound
Wm.T.Temple who hath this day qualified as administrator of Thomas
Temple dec'd. in the County Court of the County of Prince George, shall
faithfully discharge the duties of his said office or trust, then the
above obligation to be void,or else to remain in full force and virtue.

Bond(1)- Executor of Frederick Temple Estate

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I James A.Temple am held and firmly
bound unto the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the just and full sum of
Ten Thousand Dollars, current money of Virginia, to the payment whereof
well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors,
administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents. Sealed
with our Seals, and dated this 9th day of January A.D.1868.
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION is such that if the above bound
James A.Temple who hath this day qualified as Executor of the last will
and Testament of Frederick Temple deceased in the County Court of the
County of Prince George, shall faithfully discharge the duties of his 
said office or trust, then the above obligation to be void, or else to
remain in full force and virtue.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we James A.Temple, Robert E.Bland
& Charles T.Livesay are held and firmly bound onto the Commonwealth of
Virginia, in the just and full sum of Eight Thousand Dollars current
money of Virginia, to the payment whereof well and truly to be made, we
bind ourselves, and each of us, our and each of our heirs, executors 
and administrators jointly and severally,firmly by these presents. 
sealed with our seals and dated this 10 day of August 1871.
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION is such, that if the above bound
James A.Temple, who has been ruled to give a new bond as Executor of
Frederick Temple dec'd. by W.H.Burrow, one of his sureties on the bond
Executed by him as such Execution shall faithfully discharge the duties
of his said office or trust, then the above obligation to be void, or
else to remain in full force and virtue.

Bond - Executor of Andrew J.Temple Estate
(Bond Book 1904-1910, page 124, Prince George Co.VA.)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we Thomas Temple principal and
Theodore Temple surety are held and firmly bound unto the Commonwealth
of Virginia, in the sum of One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars, to the 
payment whereof, well and truly to be made to the said Commonwealth of
Virginia, we bind ourselves, and each of us, our and each of our heirs,
executors, and administrators, jointly and severally, firmly by these
presents. And we hereby waive the benefit of our exemption as to this
obligation, and any claim or right to discharge any liability to the 
Commonwealth arising under this bond, or by virtue of said office, 
post, or trust with coupons detached from the bonds of the State.
Sealed with our seals, and dated this twenty fourth day of September,
one thousand nine hundred and nine.
THE CONDITION OF THE ABOVE OBLIGATION IS SUCH, That whereas the said
Thomas Temple is nominated and appointed by the last will and testament
of Andrew J.Temple deceased late of the County of Prince George
Executor of said Andrew J.Temple and now qualified as such in the 
Clerks Office of the Circuit Court of the said County before the Clerk
of said Court.
Now,therefore,if the said Thomas Temple,as aforesaid,shall faithfully
discharge the duties of his office, post or trust of Executor as
aforesaid then this obligation to be void, otherwise to remain in full
force and virtue.

In the Clerks Office of the Circuit Court for the County of Prince 
George the 24th day of September 1909 this bond was executed and 
acknowledged by the obligors and ordered to be recorded,Theodore Temple
the surety therein having first justified on oath that his estate, 
after payment of all his just debts, and those for which he is bound as
security for others and expect to have to pay, he is worth the sum of
One Thousand Dollars, over and above all exemptions allowed by law.
