Deed - James W.Temple to Andrew J.Temple
(Deed Book 32, page 56, Prince George County,VA.)

This deed made third day of January 1880 between James W.Temple of the
one part and Andrew J.Temple of the other, witnesseth that in 
consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty nine dollars and
twenty five cents to him in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, doth grant unto the said Andrew J.Temple all of a certain
tract or parcel of land lying in the County of Prince George and state
of Virginia, containing by recent survey made by Robert A.Raney, one
hundred and nine and three fourth acres, bounded as follows: on the
North by Lee's Mill Pond, on the East by Freeman E.Leath and on the 
West by Allen Glover, on the South by the land of Andrew J.Temple.
To have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land unto the said
Andrew J.Temple his heirs and assigns forever free from the claim or
claims of the said James W.Temple his heirs executors and 
administrators and all persons whomsoever.
Witness the following signature and seal.

Prince George County to wit:
I, A.R.Webb a Justice of the Peace for the County aforesaid do Certify
that James W.Temple whose name is signed to the writing hereto annexed
bearing date on the 3rd day of January 1880, has acknowledged the same
before me in my county aforesaid. Given under my hand this 3rd day of
January 1880.

In the Clerks Office of Prince George County Court the 28th day of 
February 1880:
This Deed from James W.Temple to Andrew J.Temple was this day lodged in
the said office and with the Certificate annexed admitted to record.
