Deed - James W.Temple to Andrew J.Temple
(Deed Book 33, page 434, Prince George County,VA,)

This Deed made this 29th day of March 1883 between James W.Temple of 
the first part and Andrew J.Temple of the second part all of the County
of Prince George witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of One
Hundred and forty nine dollars and twenty five cents in hand paid or
secured to be paid he the said James W.Temple do grant bargain and sell
unto the said Andrew J.Temple the tract or parcel of land containing
one Hundred and nine and three fourths acres more or less, Bounded as
follows on the East by the land of Freeman E.Leath, on the North by the
main Run of Warwick Swamp, on the West by the lands of Allen Glover and
Percival Fenn, on the South by the land of Andrew J.Temple and the said
James W.Temple does hereby warrant the right and title of the aforesaid
tract or parcel of land unto him the said Andrew J.Temple his heirs,
Exor's etc. free from the claims or demands of him the said James W.
Temple or any other person or persons whomsoever.
Witness the following signature and seal.

Prince George County to wit-
I George J.Rowland a Justice of the Peace in and for the County and
State aforesaid do Certify that James W.Temple whose name is signed to
the foregoing writing, bearing same before me in the the County
aforesaid.

In the Clerks Office of the County Court of the County of Prince George
the 3rd day of April AD 1883 this Deed from James W.Temple to Andrew J.
Temple was This day lodged in the said office and with the Certificate
annexed admitted to record.
