A paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Joseph A.Brittle having been presented at November term last of this Court and proved to be wholly in the handwriting of the Testator, by the oath of Joseph W.Glover there being no subscribing witnesses thereto, was this day proved to have been wholly written by the Testator, by the oath of Susanna M.Glover and ordered to be recorded on motion of Sarah E. Brittle who made oath thereto and together with Joel F.Lilly and Wm.T. Lucador her securities, entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of twelve hundred dollars conditioned as the law directs, Certificate is granted her for obtaining letters of administration with the will of the aforesaid Joseph A.Brittle dec'd. annexed in due form.
