In the Name of God, Amen, I John Middleton Jun'r. the son of George and Katherine Middleton, being sick and weak of Body, but of perfect mind and memory, thanks be to God for the same, do hereby make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament, bequeathing my soul to God who gave it, and my Body to be decently buried, and my Worldly Goods in manner and form as followeth Viz't.: Item. All my Worldly Goods that I should or ought to have any right or claim to, I desire may be equally divided into four parts I give one part to each of my Aunt Jane Johnsons three Children Viz't.: James Price, Sarah Price, Mary Dewell, and one part I give to James Billbro, son of Tho's. and Sarah Bilbro, as witness my hand this this 20th day of March Anno 1719. The above written Last Will and Testament of John Middleton Jun'r. dec'ed. was presented into Court by Edward Johnson, and there being no Executor appointed in the said Will, the said Edward made oath thereto, and it being proved by the oaths of Gilbert Passover and Richard Newman witnesses thereto, is by order of the Court truly recorded and on the motion of the said Edward Johnson and his giveing Security according to Law, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Commission of Administration w'th the said Will annexed in due form.
