I Francis Rea of Martins Brandon Parrish in Pr.George County being sick and weak but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say First I commend my soul to God my Saviour and my Body to the Earth from whence it came. and for my worldly Estate I give as hereafter Express Viz: after my Debts and Funeral Disbursements are paid and discharged.- I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary Wiggins a Bed and blanket and a carpitt two pewtew Dishes, one Bason and a copper pott. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Jane Cooper two pewter Dishes & one Bason. I give to my son Benjamin Rea the Bed he now hath etc. I give to my Daughter Jone Nicholson Twenty Shillings to bey her a ring. I give and bequeath to my son Joseph Rea the one halfe of all my Lands, And the other halfe of my Lands I do hereby give and bequeath to my son Francis Rea to be equally Divided between them and to Descend to their heirs etc. all the rest and remaining part of my Estate of what kind so ever not before given I do hereby give and bequeath to my loving wife Mary Frances Rea, and do hereby nominate and appoint my said wife Mary Frances Rea to be my whole and sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fifteenth Day of January Anno 1711/12. The above written Last Will and Testament of Francis Rea Dec'd. was presented into Court by Thomas Farmar and the therein named Executrix being Dead the said Thomas made oath thereto, and it being proved by the oath of Robert Hall one of the Witnesses thereto, is by order of the Court truly Recorded and a Certificate is granted the said Thomas Farmar for obtaining Letters of Administration with the said Will annexed in Due form.
