In the Name of God, Amen, I Thomas Scarbro of the parrish of Martin Brandon in the County of Prince George, being sick ank weak of body, but of perfect mind & memory thanks be to God for the same, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth. Item. I give and bequeath my Soul to God who gave it through the merritts of Jesus Christ my Saviour, and my body to be decently buryed at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named. Item. I give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Scarbro my biggest Gunn. Item. I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary, Ten Shillings to buy her a Ring. Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Jean, Ten Shillings to buy her a Ring. Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Sarah, Ten Shillings to buy her a Ring. Item. I give and bequeath to my daughter Eliz., Five Shillings. Item. I give and bequeath to my Son William Scarbro, Thirty Shillings in Current mony. I give and bequeath to my cosen Charles Holdsworth my Smallest Gun, and Five Shillings in money. Item. I do make and ordain my Loveing wife Elizabeth Scarbro, my whole & sole Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, Desireing that she may prove the same without giveing Security, and that my said Estate be not appraised.
