OWNERS:

This graveyard is on one of the several places formerly owned by the Pearsons.  
It is now in the possession of Brown and Huff Lumber Dealers of Manassas, 
Virginia. [1938]

DESCRIPTION:

The plot is enclosed by a stout wire fence and covers about 2/3 of an acre, and 
while there are numerous graves that are marked, there is about an equal number 
that are only marked by bits of field stone now almost completely covered with 
moss and lichen, there are a few that appear to have some letters on them but 
are too worn to make out.

Died June 25th, 1904
Farewell dear, but not forever,
There will be a glorious Dawn,
We shall meet to part, no never,
On the Resurrection Morn.


Virginia E. Steele
born September 18th, 1889
died October 1st, 1899
I know the precious dust God’s
Tenderness will keep,
To him I will safely trust this
Child in her last sleep.
